Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.

For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the arrival date.

After that, a 50% refund will be provided up to 7 days before check-in.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

During the high season, Christmas/New Year period, and throughout February, all bookings are non-refundable.
