After moving to the beautiful Stubaital in Tyrol after many years abroad, we decided to realize our long-standing dream of working in the mountains. In winter for skiing and in summer for rafting on the rivers of Tyrol.

We want you to enjoy your stay, but certain rules must be followed at all times.
-No outdoor shoes or ski boots in the apartment
-No parties or events
-Quiet hours are ab 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
-No illegal streaming on the internet
-Additional guests must be approved prior to arrival
-Pets are not allowed
-Smoking is not allowed, only on the balconies
In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and ask for compensation.
