Our beautiful traditional Tyrolean house is located in the center of Neustift in the Stubaital. Contemporary furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. The house has three apartments:
Cingularia – TWO ROOM PENTHOUSE apartment with magnificent views ab three balconies and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Ideal for smaller families of up to four people.
Rovina Alta – TWO-BEDROOM apartment with TWO full bathrooms and a balcony for a relaxing evening after a long day. Perfect for larger groups.

DominikLuxury apartment with generous equipment and comfortable furniture. On the other hand, there is a bar in the same house as the apartment ab which cigarette smoke spreads across the house. It spoils the the overal impression ab the apartment which would be otherwise above standard.
LeoTolles Haus in super Lage (Essen, Einkaufen und Skibus war fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ausstattung und Größe war sehr angenehm. Das einzige was man berücksichtigen sollte ist, dass das Badezimmer vom großen Schlafzimmer weggeht und eine Klarsichtglastür hat. Für uns als Familie war das kein Problem, aber für zwei Paare ist der Schnitt eher ungünstig. Wenn man das berücksichtigt ist das Appartement super und die Kommunikation mit Alex war perfekt! Danke ... wir würden wieder kommen
StineLejligheden er helt perfekt. Ligger centralt tæt på restauranter og butikker. Det er let at køre til Stubaier Gletcher. Lejligheden var stor og lækkert indrettet. Passede perfekt til vores familie (2 voksne, 2 børn på 7 og 12). Vi havde en fantastisk uge.

MartinAlex and Marlene’s place is stunning… absolutely stunning. It’s within 100m of restaurants and the bus stop for winter sports. It’s warm, clean, homely. We asked Alex a lot of questions before we arrived, answers were always friendly and very informative. In all honesty, there’s nothing more we could have wanted! We’ll definitely be back!

Jasminareally cute place in a charming village. Great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the apartment 3 (2 adults plus 2 teenagers) and it was very comfortable. It’s only 20min driving to the Gletscher. If you’re light sleeper pack ear buds because the church bells are very loud and active early in the morning. We would definite go back to this place.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. Centrally located close to restaurants and shops. It is easy to drive to the Stubai Glacier. The apartment was large and nicely furnished. Suited our family perfectly (2 adults, 2 children aged 7 and 12).
