The apartment has an open kitchen area with a southwest facing balcony for beautiful sunsets, a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, microwave and steamer. The bathroom has a rainforest shower, a bathtub and a double vanity.

Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, grocery store, ski and bike rental and everything else Neustift has to offer are within walking distance. The bus stop is 50m ab the apartment and takes you seamlessly to the ski area Stubai Glacier, Austria’s largest glacier ski area. The Elferlift, a smaller local ski hill known for paragliding and downhill mountain biking, is just a few minutes walk away. The other two local ski areas, Serles and Schlik 2000, are also easily accessible ab the bus stop. Just park your car for the duration of your stay.

The whole valley is easily accessible by car. Buses to the Stubai Glacier and Innsbruck run every 30 minutes. All local amenities such as restaurants and stores are within walking distance.
