The house has an open kitchen area with a comfortable seating area for social evenings. A fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility for self-sufficiency. The larger bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, grocery store, ski and bike rental and everything else Neustift has to offer are within walking distance. The bus stop is 100m ab the apartment and takes you seamlessly to the Stubai Glacier ski area, Austria’s largest glacier ski area. The Elferlift, a smaller local ski hill known for paragliding and downhill mountain biking, is just a few minutes walk away. The other two local ski areas, Serles and Schlik 2000, are also easily accessible ab the bus stop. Just park your car for the duration of your stay.

The whole valley is easily accessible by car. Buses to the Stubai Glacier and Innsbruck run every 30 minutes. All local amenities such as restaurants and stores are within walking distance.
